And then someone Googles your studio…
Clicks your link…
And lands on a website that looks like it’s been through a bar fight with Internet Explorer.
Awkward.
You’re Not a Hobbyist — So Stop Looking Like One
Let’s be honest: your website might be the first impression someone gets of your work. And if it looks like it was slapped together in a lunch break using Comic Sans and pure vibes?
They’re not going to assume your tattoos are any better.
It doesn’t matter how good your ink is — if your site looks like it hasn’t been updated since the Myspace era, people will bounce faster than a nervous first-timer in a tattoo chair.
But It’s Not Just About Looking Good…
A website that actually works means:
- Clients can find you without playing “Where’s Wally” on Google
- Booking feels easy, not like solving a riddle from an angry wizard
- Your work gets shown off properly — not crammed into blurry, awkward little galleries
- People trust you before they even step into the studio
And trust? That’s huge when you’re asking someone to let you stab them with needles for hours.
So, What Now?
If you’re staring at your website right now thinking “Shit… yeah, it’s not great,” that’s not a sign to panic. It’s a sign to do something.
You don’t need bells, whistles or a 74-page epic. You just need a site that looks badass, works properly, and doesn’t give people the ick.
Your tattoos are epic.
Your site should be too.
If it’s not?
Fix it.
